The Beekeeper Potato Salad
-3 medium potatoes, diced into 1/2 inch pieces and boiled until tender in salted water (approx. 5-7 minutes)
-1 cup chopped, cooked asparagus OR raw celery
-1 spring onion, finely chopped including greens
-1 tbsp fresh, chopped parsley
-1/2 cup Taste Buddies 'The Beekeeper' Honey Mustard Dill Sauce*
-salt to taste

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and gently stir to coat the potatoes in the sauce.
Optional garnish: micro greens, goat cheese, chopped parsley.
