Honey Lavender Lemonade

6 Lemons, juiced
1 cup Planet Bee Lavender Honey, dissolved in warm water
Cold Water
Lavender to garnish (optional)

Add dissolved honey and lemon juice to pitcher, and top up with cold water and ice.  Stir to mix ingredients well.  Pour into glass and garnish with lavender sprigs if desired.

Honey Lemon Ginger Stir Fry Sauce
           (Delicious on Chicken, Tofu, or Shrimp!)


            1 teaspoon olive oil
            3 cloves garlic, minced
            ½ cup Planet Bee Lemon Ginger Honey
           1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
           1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
           2 tablespoons Cornstarch

In a medium saucepan, add olive oil and garlic.  Saute over medium heat for 2-3 minutes and add Lemon Ginger Honey, Vinegar, and Soy Sauce.  Whisk in Cornstarch.  Gently bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer, whisking frequently to keep the sauce smooth.  Let simmer and thicken to the desired consistency.

Serve over Chicken, crispy Tofu, or Shrimp and serve on a bed of rice or chow mein noodles.  Add your favourite vegetables such as green beans, broccoli, and/or onions.

Honey Garlic BBQ Sauce
-3tbsp Olive Oil
-6 cloves Garlic, minced
-1/2 cup Planet Bee Honey
-1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
-1/4 cup Ketchup
-3tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Combine Oil & Garlic in a medium saucepan over medium heat, once warm add remaining ingredients and whisk until well combined. Brush over your favourite BBQ meat (owner Ed recommends baby back ribs!).
